HypnoBirthing takes a total of 12 1/2 hours to complete and I prefer to split the course into 5 Sessions. I believe this is the most effective way of working. The best time to start HypnoBirthing is between 20-30 weeks but if you are particularly fearful of birth the sooner you begin, the sooner you will start to feel better about the birth. Equally I have had women finishing the course at 42 weeks! So do not feel you are too late to start. Once you have completed HypnoBirthing you will enjoy an additional two sessions of 2 1/2 hours to learn about your baby, how to prepare for your new born and how to be calm and confident parents. This include BabyCalm a unique approach to teaching parents how to have happy calm babies.

Tuesdays 3rd January to 31st January (5 weeks) 8pm - 10.30pm Tuesdays 7th February to March 6th (5 weeks) 8pm - 10.30pm Wednesdays Starting 14th March (7 weeks including full HypnoBirthing classes and 5 hours of baby preparation and BabyCalm) 7.15pm - 9.45pm Wednesdays Starting 2nd May (7 weeks including full HypnoBirthing classes and 5 hours of baby preparation and BabyCalm) 7.15pm -9.45pm Wednesdays Starting 20th June (7 weeks including full HypnoBirthing classes and 5 hours of baby preparation and BabyCalm) 7.15pm -9.45pm Wednesdays Starting 5th September (7 weeks including full HypnoBirthing classes and 5 hours of baby preparation and BabyCalm) 7.15pm -9.45pm Wednesdays Starting 24th October (7 weeks including full HypnoBirthing classes and 5 hours of baby preparation and BabyCalm) 7.15pm -9.45pm Cost Classes take place in a relaxed environment. The total cost of the course is only £225 including the course book, CDs and written material. I am also at the end of the phone to support you as you prepare for birth. If you really want to do HypnoBirthing but genuinely can not afford it please let me know, I will be happy to help if possible. Discounts are available for certain professions, e.g, service personnel, police, teachers etc. Private Classes Private classes are available in your own home and cost £350 |
